Where Do We Ship?
We offer worldwide shipping! However, some regions may have longer delivery times due to customs processing. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you immediately.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below this amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our Order Tracking page.
Delays & Customs
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, some factors (such as weather, customs processing, or courier delays) may impact your shipping time. 4 Your Pet is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs in your country.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local postal service first. If it is still missing, contact us at support@4-yourpet.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.
